EIT - HR Generalist (Talent Acquisition)

POSITION SUMMARY

• The EIT – Talent Acquisition will support recruitment activities across various functions while developing expertise in talent attraction, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management.
• Through practical exposure and continuous learning, the role offers an opportunity to gain end-to-end recruitment experience in a fast-paced multinational manufacturing environment.
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and support candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Do employer branding, career fairs, and campus recruitment activities.
• Maintain recruitment data and generate hiring reports.
• Assist in improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.

• GPA: 7.0/10 (2.5/4) or higher
• Fresh Graduates or less than 1 year of working experience
• Own a great passion with Talent Acquisition
• Business-level English proficiency
• Involvement in extracurricular activities is a plus
• A love for working in multinational company, with high-tech machines and systems
