EIT - HR Generalist (L&D)

JOB SUMMARY

• This EIT position is designed for a fresh graduate with a strong digital mindset and passion for transforming how learning operates.
• You will sit within the L&D Operations & Digital cluster, responsible for building and maintaining the digital backbone of JVN's L&D function — dashboards, applications, SharePoint systems, and data infrastructure — while also contributing to training delivery as an internal trainer.
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Digital, AI & Data

• Build and maintain L&D dashboards (Power BI) to track training KPIs and program data
• Manage L&D SharePoint site and support development of simple Power Apps to digitalize manual processes
• Apply AI tools for both digitalized processes and training content creation — scripting, voiceover, visuals, translation — and explore new AI tools to improve product & content quality and production speed
• Collect, organize, and analyze L&D data from L&D team as well as Workday LMS, surveys, and program records; prepare reports and visualizations for management and stakeholders
• Support automation of routine tasks using Power Automate and document digital workflows

2. Training Delivery & Content Support

• Be able to deliver short training sessions on digital tools and systems to L&D team or internal users when required
• Develop training materials, guides, and job aids for digital tools used by the L&D team
• Support facilitation other L&D programs as needed

3. L&D Operations

• Support day-to-day L&D administrative and operational tasks
• Participate in L&D projects and team initiatives as assigned
• Follow and fulfill the EIT development program KPIs as defined for the first year, including required competency milestones, learning checkpoints, and performance targets
• Other duties may be assigned by supervisor

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related field.

Experience

• Fresh graduate — no prior experience required. Academic projects, internships, or self-initiated work involving data, digital tools, or AI applications is a plus.
• KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Technical

• Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate — basic proficiency; willingness to learn and build on the job
• Excel — intermediate level (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
• AI tools — practical experience using AI for content creation, automation, or productivity
• Hold certification of Microsoft Power Platform (ex: PL-400, PL-600, PL-900…) will be an advantage
• Basic coding knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar) — an advantage
