Digital Marketing Executive

a. Tasks & Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Executive plans and executes growth marketing and conversion optimization initiatives, to acquire new customers and drive revenue. Relevant tasks include:

• Develop content and build communities on key media channels (Facebook, Linkedin,...) 

• Optimize posted contents to drive traffic and increase conversion rate.

• Maintain and optimize marketing funnels (traffic, subscriptions and conversions).

• Plan and execute ads & content-driven email marketing campaigns

b. Benefits & Compensations

All compensations and associated benefits scale according to performance, commitment, and responsibilities. Probationary staff receive 100% base compensation, for 2 months:

• Full-time monthly base salary: 7.000.000 VND - 12.000.000 VND (negotiable).

• Training, mentorship, outdoor activities and company outings. 

• Semi-annual salary reviews, bonuses and promotions.

• Insurance and other benefits in accordance with the Law. 

c. Skills & Experience 

• Adaptability, openness mindset and extensive experience in A/B testing in start-up environment is a plus

• Familiarity with Marketing Tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel or Klaviyo)

• Familiarity with operation of social media channels: algorithm, policy, optimization. 

• At least 6 months -1 year of experience in relevant skills/tasks, with demonstrable results

• Comfortable communicating in written English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent)

d. Commitment & Schedule

• Minimum commitment: 12 months (full-time).

• Standard schedule: 40-hour/5-day, in-office (full-time).
