Delivery Section Manager

• Manage and ensure all delivering activities that be carried out smoothly.
• Make Material plan for all factory (components, sub material from suppliers).
• Tracking documents and ensure right day, right the amount.
• Check stock periodically, manage in-out stock, inventory reports, purchase report,...
• Compare the number of purchasing/ sale of components/ packaging (box, pallet,...) with the customer/supplier.
• Manage in/out stock number, stock card and inventory.
• Manage forklift and other equipments relating to delivery.
• Arrange tasks for storekeeper.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer.
• Other tasks will be discussed via interview.

• Female, age is from 27 to 40 years old.
• Graduated from University, major in Economics, Accounting.
• At least 3 years experience in delivering and controlling stock job at FDI.
• Proficient in English or Japanese and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Have knowledge of ERP software is prefer.
