Purchasing Manager

A. PROCUREMENT PROCESS:

• Identify and benchmark all suppliers that offer products and services which conform to the maximum quality standards required by Viral Town and our clients.
• Identify the best control and receipt at the best price and least risk to our company.
• Identify, analyze profile of all suitable suppliers of goods/ services for Viral Town and our clients.
• Create a database/ catalog of products/ services which will serve as our company’s preferred supply source for all items when there are needs to purchase.

B. PURCHASING PROCESS:

• Take responsibility for the timely delivery of all productions and services.
• Work closely with the quality checking team to ensure that goods/ especially services quality are
  specified and delivered to ensure compliance with customer expectation.
• Speed up the problem solving and avoid suppliers’ delays to meet client requirement.
  Work closely with the Account Team, give guidance and advice to enable the creation of proposal / quotation for all our customer orders.
• Ensure that the suppliers are capable of providing materials / high techniques to help in the creative design.
• Give guidance on the re-negotiation of the buying prices, thereby ensure that all goods meet to all our requirements, the technical details and quality expectations from all of our clients.
• Provide saving reports to the board of management.
• Attend all relevant meetings ensuring that all reports and verbal information are shared to guarantee production/ service requirements.

• Qualifications/ Professional knowledge/ Major: At least Bachelor’s degree in related majors.
• Working experience in similar positions: 4 years +
• Actual knowledge in the field: Deep knowledge and understanding of Event & Trade Activation.
