• System Support Engineer helps to support the day to day system operation included the support of office operation on IT perspective. This includes but not limited to system implementation, hardware/software installation/upgrade/maintenance for office automation, connectivity, and other desktop application usage consultation.
• Manages Office related subjects in the organization included but not limited to installation, configuration, updates, maintenance, backup, recovery, tuning, monitoring, security, and testing of Windows Servers, installation and management of functional servers (FTP, AD, LDAP...), and installation coordination on desktop Windows solution.
• Support system implementation in data centres.
• Setup new hardware for office automation (I,e, PC, laptop, printers, etc.).
• Connectivity installation, trouble shooting and upgrading.
• Provide end user support on hardware, software and network.
• Leadership and direction for the Server Engineering strategies.
• Developing an overall strategy and approach for establishing an effective Server System including infrastructure
• Provide Office application suite administration included deployement and management.
• Provide Active Directory/LDAP administration included security control & user management.
• Provides on call basis 24/7 availability to the distributed computing infrastructure.
• Resolves critical errors and service interruptions.
• Other duties as assigned.

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

• College degree in Computer Science.
• 2 years of solid experience in system management on one or more of the following
• Windows Professional desktop
• Office 365 solution
• Unix/Linux/Solaris server
• Remote desktop management
• Experience in setting up office equipment.
• College degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
• 3 years IT administrator experience.
• Related Professional certified.
• Experience designing, installing, and administering Cluster Server. Experience with server hardware problems.
• Two years experience with Microsoft infrastructure services (AD, WINS, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Experience in writing and maintaining server scripts is a great asset.
