HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in the Hi-Tech platform. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Chief Technology Officer Position.

• Working Location: HCMC
• Reporting to: CEO

JOB RESPONSIBILITY for Chief Technology Officer

• Design and execute the long-term strategy for technological development and growth, align the company’s technology resources with the organization’s short- and long-term goals, Create and oversee high-level KPIs for IT department
• Year One: Leading the implementation of the platform, and developing proprietary tools to scale the network of partners
• Year Two & Beyond: Define and lead the implementation of the company long-term strategic technology roadmap
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Guide and decide on all processes for the engineering organization
• Manage the current team and external engineering vendors
• Build quality assurance and data protection processes
• Manage the department’s budget
• Assist in recruiting and growing our team
• Perform other duties as requested by superiors

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE for Chief Technology Officer

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.

• At least 8 years of experience in technology roles, with 5 as a manager/leader
• Extremely sharp logic and communication skills
• Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role

BENEFITS for Chief Technology Officer

• Salary: $7,000 – $10,000, depending on candidate’s ability
