This role is required to be based in Changzhou, China. The incumbent is required to interact with internal and external stakeholders to determine training needs and spearhead the development and delivery of relevant technical training programs to support the Company’s development strategies and project planning.

Job Description:

• Developing growth strategies and plans
• Increasing client base
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
• Writing business proposals
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
• Drafting and reviewing contracts
• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

What you need to know/ have:

• Degree in IT or relevant disciplines
• 2 – 3 years of relevant experience
