• Build, organize and optimize end-to-end SOP including planning, workflow designing and training.
• Identify operational and structural points for system improvement
• Work together with multiple stakeholders to roll out projects. 
• Monitor processes and coordinate with other stakeholders to handle daily issues.
• Analyze data and generate insights to support decision making and initiatives
• Assist PMO Leader to keep track of project progress and deliverables.

Must-have:

• Minimum 02 year experience in tech start-up environment.
• Critical thinking, attention to details & numerical skill.
• Good communication skills and stakeholder management skill
• Proficiency in Office and Google applications
• Intermediate english reading & written
• Fast-learning and Can-do attitude

Plus:

• SQL
• Fluent written English 
• Data-driven and product mindset
• Previous research experience
