■Project Information

• Overview: Waste-to-energy Plant project
• Period: 1/12/ 2022 to 31/1/2024 (26 months) 
• Project Site: Cuu Yen Hamlet, Ngu Thai Commune, Thuan Thanh District, Bac Ninh Province 

■Job Description: 

• To calculate actual work done quantities of Civil and Building work, Insulation work, Electrical and Instrument work as follows.

• 1) Excavation volume

• 2) Concrete volume

• 3) Reinforcement Bar weight

• 4) Area of Formwork

• 5) Building Facilities (length of cable way and water pipes, etc.)

• 6) Area of Insulation work

• 7) Length of Cable Tray, Conduit

• The Calculation is to be based on the definition in Contract (Method of Measurement, BOQ Table), Engineering Drawing, Approved/As-Built Working Drawing.
• To associate with Detailing Engineer
• To review the submitted work done volume from Subcontractor
• To find and correct any errors, and to implement instructions provided by Construction Manager and Deputy Construction Manager after his job has been checked.
• To report to Construction Manager and Deputy Construction Manager
• To coordinate progress calculation and Work Done volume with Planning Engineer.
• To prepare correspondence related to project execution
• To Perform other job-related duties as necessary or assigned

■ Requirement: 

1. Graduate from university with Civil Construction/ Transport/ Construction/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering major

2. English: Intermediate ~ Upper-Intermediate (Able to work with Japanese staff)

3. Having 8-10 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor 

4. Have experience in Plant Project (Ex. Oil, Gus, Thermal power etc.) 

5. Have Experience Japanese or Multi-National company before 

6. Good computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel)
