2 Quantity Surveyor (Developer/Binh Duong)

Salary: ~22,000,000VND/month/Gross

Job Descriptions:

① Checking the quantity, unit rate, Managing and updating cost database

② Preparing bill of quantity (BOQ) and measurement based on tender drawing & specification

③ Preparing project schedules, tender schedule

④ Setting up cost, budget, and scope of work for the project

⑤ Preparing tender document of consultant package, contractor package

⑥ Preparing tender reports, making recommendations on the award of the contract

⑦ Be responsible for contract administration, managing claims & certification, and monitoring payment of contractor

Required Experiences and Skills:

3 years or more in QS at large-scale Contractor / Client

English : Construction major (good communication)

Educational Background:

Bachelor degree or higher majoring in Civil engineering (or QS engineering)

Urgency and Steps: ASAP : Screening process → 1st interview → 2nd interview　

Others: Working time : Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00
