Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibility

• Work responsible for quantity take-off from sketch, concept design, tender drawings, and cross-check the tender quantity
• Work closely with the design team, calculate Bill of Quantity, Cost Estimation of project
• Control works quality and time schedules within the group
• Prepare and submit tender documents
• Collect and formulate cost database and others related to a professional job
• Contact suppliers, subcontractors to collect the cost proposal and make the cost comparison sheet
• Make Value Engineering
• Check about commercial management tools, reports, processes, and procedures are used by IDEC Group standards
• Manage recommendation of the appointment of tenderers
• Working location: Dis 3, HCMC
• Monthly Salary: 800～1500 (USD)

Requirements

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Education: Bachelor
• Having degree qualified in Engineering or Quantity Surveying, or equivalent relevant experience
• Gender: Any
• Age: 29-39
• Language: English Business Level
• Having more than 5years experience as Quantity surveyor or similar position in the construction industry

(Experience in the industrial building and commercial building)

• Personality : Honesty, loyalty and dedication are a must
