Responsibility
1) D&B Tender
- Database of mechanical cost
- Preparation of BOQ
- Quantity Survey from DWGS
- Cost Estimation
- Analysis and comparison of Cost, Specification
- Negotiate with Sub-Contractor
- Prepare the Temporary Facility Plan
- Prepare the Construction Programmed and more
2) Own Developed Project
- Roughly Cost Estimation(Planning Stage)
- Working location: Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi
- Monthly Salary: 900～1500 (USD)
Requirements
Necessary Skill / Experience
Education : Bachelor
Age : 25-35
Gender : Any
Language : English Conversational
Experience :
- For Junior Level, over 3-5 years of working experience as Architectural Designer
- For Senior level, over 5-7 years of working experience as Architectural Designer
- CAD skill
- Practical Knowledge of Vietnamese construction Project, Regulation and Government procedure.
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Japanese skill
・Working experience in Japanese company
