Position: QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibility

• Checking the quantity, unit rate
• Preparing bill of quantity (BOQ) and measurement based on tender drawing & specification
• Preparing project schedule, tender schedule
• Setting up cost, budget, and scope of work for the project
• Preparing tender document of consultant package, contractor package
• Preparing tender reports, making recommendations on the award of the contract
• Preparing letter of acceptance, Fidic contract document
• Be responsible for contract administration, managing claims & certification, and monitoring payment of contractor
• Checking for V.O and final account
• Managing and updating cost database
• Working location: Thu Dau Mot, Binh Dương
• Monthly Salary: 750～1750(USD)

Requirements

・Bachelor or higher majoring in Civil engineer (or QS engineer)

・Gender: Male

・Age: 25-30 for Junior QS, 30-35 for Senior QS

・Experience: 3 years or more in QS at large-scale Contractor / Client

・Language: English Upper Business level in Construction major (over TOEIC 700)

・Can work under the pressure to meet deadline
