Position Summary
- Support New Product Introduction activities from design review through mass production.
- Assist the engineering team with project coordination, product validation, technical documentation, issue tracking, and communication with local and global cross-functional teams.
- Key Responsibilities
- Support Engineering Builds, Qualification Builds, pilot runs, and mass-production launch activities.
- Coordinate product samples, testing requirements, technical documentation, and project schedules.
- Track engineering issues, corrective actions, and project deliverables, escalating delays or risks promptly.
- Work with Design, Test Lab, Quality, Manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve product and process issues.
- Prepare clear project updates, test summaries, meeting minutes, and technical reports in English.

Person Specifications
- Strong English communication skills , both written and spoken, for working with local and global teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Zero to two years of experience in NPI, product engineering, manufacturing, quality, or testing.
- Proactive, responsible, well-organized, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
- Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and project-tracking skills.
