Assembly Maintenance Engineer

• RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make and follow maintenance plans to troubleshoot equipment faults, diagnose breakdown problems and make sure equipment is working correctly
• Manage equipment, spare parts and order (PR) for replacements as required
• Set up and adjust programs and parameter for machine and equipment (PLC, Automation system, HMI,…)
• Monitor and control procedures, work instructions, drawings, forms, etc. in proper status.
• Track and report machine status, maintenance activities monthly
• Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs of equipment and eliminate to the lowest downtime to ensure production operations smoothly
• Work with suppliers to get information about new machines and equipment
• Train technicians about the machine’s operation and basic maintenance
• Plan and carry out engineering projects connected to modification and upgradation of facilities, processes and equipment

• REQUIREMENTS
• 1)      Degree: Mechatronic, Electric, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering
• 2)      Experience: 1- 3 years of experience in maintenance

3)      English: Communication in English skills

• 4)      Able to work overtime if required.
• 5)      Others: -        Understanding mechanical skills to design 3D models and create drawings by CAD, Solidworks. -        Aware and take responsibility for complying requirements of ISO 9001, 13485 & 14001 system -        Willing to learn
