Position: Accounting Staff / Chief Accountant - Foods

Job Code: 83476

Responsibility

• Management of deposits and withdrawals of bases
• Issue invoices for merchandise sales
• Manage customer payments
• Report directly to General Director
• Work on the following tasks in cooperation with external agents
• Monitor the financial status of account receivable/payable in accordance with the financial regime of the government and company regulations
• Responsible for the accounting department including internal controls, product, budget, payment and investment
• Monitor the implementation of the related monthly, periodical reports, tax declaration and tax issues resolution such as VAT, FCT, PIT, CIT, etc… for the ranch as a requirement
• Monitor the financial status of account receivable/payable in accordance with the financial regime of the government and company regulations.
• Liaise with internal/external auditors, tax authorities, and relevant government organizations relating to accounting and finance matters
• Working location: D1, HCMC
• Monthly Salary:  30~47M VND

Requirements 

・Education: Bachelor's degree

・Age: over 30year old

・Gender: Female only

・Language: English - Business level

・Experience: Having more than 3 years of accounting experience at a food manufacturer (Selling in VN) 

・Have good knowledge of issuing invoices to customers (retailers, convenience stores and distributors)

・Good understand financial indicators and manage company's budgets

・Having Chief Accountant Certificate

・Having Business level in Japanese is big advantage
