Position: Sales Admin - Foods 

Job Code: 90412

Responsibility

• Assistant to Sales Manager
• Supporting Sales team
• Creation and arrangement of POSM
• Confirmation of contracts/memorandums with business partners and partners,
• Communication with sales promotion companies when implementing promotion measures,
• Analyzing market data & make sales report
• Utilizing DMS (distribution management system)
• Any other task by manager
• Working location: Dist 1
• Monthly Salary: 20~30M VND

Requirements 

・Education: Bachelor

・Age: Around 30 years old

・Gender: Any

・Language: English - Business level

・Experience: Having 2 years of Sales Admin experience in FMCG industry, especially snack & confectionery and/or milk category

・Having experience using DMS (Distribution management system) system

・Able to work actively with light footwork.

・Good understand start up situation

・Have a high level of awareness of compliance at the global standard level.

・Having Business level in Japanese is big plus
