Position: Technical Development Manager

Responsibility

• Develop strategic goals for the Country Manager Area
• Plan the work on medium and short term to implement the Country Manager Area strategy. Ensure that the work is well shared between proactive development work and reactive customer support.
• Develop the sales team in Product knowledge, Segment knowledge, Value creation through upgrading and business optimization
• Secure correct development activities independently based on strategic direction, interaction with colleagues, in weekly huddles, customer feedback, competitor actions. Collect and analyses competitor information.
• Continuously improve the technical development process in line with the Corporation 's One principles
• Plan and document the activities in Sales force
• *Requires business trips travelling, less office time. (Frequence: 3-4 days/ week, Location: currently in Vietnam. Overseas travelling depends on the future situation)
• Working location: Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi
• Monthly Salary: 1000～2000 (USD)

Requirements

Necessary Skill / Experience

・Gender: Any . Age: Any

・Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering majors

・Experience: Has 3-5 years of experience as technical engineer or pre - sales engineer in mechanical related industry.

・Languages: Good communication in English (both written & verbal communication - projects and presentation for clients are all in English, report line is English speaking manager)

・Willing to go business trip (3,4 days/week)

・Willing to learn about steel products

・Good at presentation skill

・Other skills & Personalities:

• Good at training skill, communication skill
• Result Driven, Customer service mindset
• Logical thinking, Decision making, Independence

Preferable Skill / Experience

・Experience in Steel Industry
