The day-to-day activities:
- Fully involved in project life cycle
- Define project charter and stakeholder management
- Develop a project management plan and communication management methodologies
- Create an environment that motivates the organization and project team
- Define and maintain project quality standards
- Resolve resource availability issues in the organization
- Manage project risks and remove impediment
- Deliver the project on time and within budget
The must haves: - 5 years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Project Management, System Analysis, Conversion & Integration
- Proven experience leading Agile Scrum teams
- Good knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean & other Agile process frameworks
- Develop a project management plan and communication management methodologies
- Strong, professional communication skills, able to approach senior managers using appropriate level of detail, terminology, and style
