Business Development Manager for Renewable Energy Sector

Duties and responsibilities:

• Actively seek, approach and develop solar and wind power projects that the company is doing business, including looking for roof top locations (factories in industrial zones ...) to rent and finding investment partners for the project Solar power projects in industrial zones and potential areas.
• Making market development plans, project development plans, contacting units and investors to get information, access and develop those projects.
• Survey, collect information about the market, price fluctuations, suitability and feasibility of each roof top position to be rented and prepare an analysis report.
• Planning work, development strategy in accordance with each development stage of the Company with the support of Managing Director.
• Advising the Board of Directors in developing and implementing policies, strategies, and project development plans.
• Find about ongoing and upcoming projects to get bidding documents, research competitors and advise on procurement strategy,...
• Develop and implement project development plan.
• For suppliers, research the material market, suppliers of panels and solar devices. Offer the optimal plan for long-term cooperation in terms of price and after-sales policy.

Knowledge and Experience Requirement

• Bachelor in electrical engineering;
• Having a passion in business. Knowledge of the market.
• Experience from 5 years, preference is given to candidates who have worked in B2B sales or worked in the electricity and renewable energy industry.
• Proficient in communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient in project proposal and business development leadership skills;
• Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Experience in 110kV is beneficial;
• Fluent in oral and written English.
