Position: Sales admin cum HR assistant

Responsibility 

Sales admin : 60%, HR admin : 40% 

・Customer services in export/import

・Inventory management

・Non-sales visits to clients may be required 

・HR admin task

• Individual Income Tax Payment
• Payroll calculation
• Bank Payments
• Contract management
• Working location: District 1, HCMC
• Monthly Salary: 500～800 (USD)

Requirements 

Necessary Skill / Experience

・Gender: Female

・Age: 22-29 years old

・Language skill: English Business level (Speaking and writing)

・Education: Bachelor degree (Economics Foreign Trade is preferred)

・Experience: having any in as below, 

Priority 1. Having experience of HR admin in any industry

Priority 2. Having experience of Sales admin in any industry

Priority 3. Fresher 

・Having computer skills (Microsoft office)

Preferable Skill / Experience

・Having more than 2 years of experience in any industry

・Having experience of HR

・Having working experience in Japanese trading company
