Responsibility

• Compensation & Benefit:

• +To perform/review and solve all issues related to Salary, Social Insurance, PIT, Union, labor report, labor contract, KPI, employee benefit, company discipline.

• + To update laws of labor, SI, Union…and make the company rules.

• +To organize the activities between employees and departments, building corporate culture, code of conduct among members

• Recruitment & Training: To seek, contact, and arrange for interviewing candidates, preparing documents for new employees. To make the training program and organize the training course of compliance, company regulation…for new employee.
• Admin: To Perform/check the storing and organizing of information on official dispatches, papers, contracts and related documents, to manage company’s property and equipment, do the reception work.
• In charge of / check the purchasing common assets, equipment or supplies in the business. Support management of facilities by storing invoices, vouchers, contracts related to buying, selling, renting, borrowing facilities, machinery and equipment in the company.
• To support Manager for building KPI system for each position of Department.
• To make other reports to Manager/ Group
• Working location: Tan Binh Dist, HCMC
• Monthly Salary: 850～1200(USD)

Requirements 

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Age: 30 - 36 years old.
• Gender: Any
• Educational Level: Bachelor - Graduated from majors related to Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management…
• Language skills: English - good level of written and verbal communication skills
• Experience:

+ From 5 years experience as HR/ HR-Admin position.

+ Having experience in building policies, C&B & conduct PIT for foreign employee
