Responsibility

・ The company is an ISO and IATF (International Organization for Standardization) company, and quality improvement is an important task.

・ Control quality assurance for new production lines

・ Hearing customer needs, improving the quality of production lines, and turning PDCA

・Manage QC＆QA department of 2-3 factory

・Develop a quality assurance strategy

・Analyzing quality problems and planning problem solutions

・Foster subordinates through problem solving as an organization

・Build sustainable problem countermeasures

・Build sustainable problem countermeasures

• Working location: Ben Cat Dist., Binh Duong City
• Monthly Salary: 1500～1700(USD)

Requirements

・ Gender: Any

・Age: 28 - 40

・Education: Bachelor

・Language: Japanese Business level or English Business

・ Experience above 5 year in quality assurance in the automobile industry

・Experience in solving quality assurance issues

・Quality Assurance Strategy Planning Experience

・Having management experience more than 5 year

Preferable Skill / Experience

Have manufacturing experience of automobile airbags
