[ THANH XUÂN - HN ] Deputy manager of Site / Construction Engineer

Job Summary:     

★Main Responsibility

• Control and monitoring the overall construction progress, safety on Site, review the actual progress, monitoring construction quantity.

• ▼ Job Summary

• Prepare monthly schedule, quarter schedule, prepare monthly report.
• Assist to Project manager and Site engineer manager.
• Attend the meeting with Client and Consultant regarding to Progress, Quality of construction work, Material e.t.c
• Coordinate with Local Authority and Government department to get permission
• Instruct subcontractor directly and monitor capacity of subcontractors and suppliers
• Training internal staffs and subcontractors
• Other related tasks as assigned

Required Experience: 

• Having at least 8-10 years of experience of Site management
• Having experience in Japanese ODA project (Related to Government)
• Having experience "Shaft", "Sewage pipe", "Manhole" Construction before
• English more than intermediate

Salary: 30mil - 42mil
