Position: Japanese Speaking - Sales Admin - Trading/ Trợ lý Kinh doanh - ngành Thương mại

Responsibility

・ Be responsible for ordering, sales importing & exporting, and purchasing activities (industrial parts such as bolts, metal processed products, and resin molded products)

・ Make quotations for clients. Ask about products for the supplier if necessary.

・ Get orders from clients by phone, report to the manager.

・ Follow up and ensure shipping deadline.

・ Make sales-related documents like quotation, order sheet, sales report, etc...

・ Communicate with the supplier about orders.

・ Support Sales activities.

・ Handle inquiries from Clients and suppliers.

・ Other tasks assigned by Managers.

• Working location: Ba Dinh Dist, Hanoi
• Working Time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
• Monthly Salary: 400 – 560USD

Requirements

・Education: Bachelor Degree

・Gender: Female only 

・Age: 23-40 years old

・Language: Japanese conversational level

・Experience: Have 1 year of experience as a Sales Assistant, Purchase, Import / Export Staff in Trading or Manufacturer.

Preferable Skill / Experience

・Working in Japanese Trading or industrial parts company

・Japanese Business level

・Study in Japan
