Responsibility

1. Personnel Strategy Planning: Develop, plan and implement for different divisions in the company related to

• Organization structuring or restructuring
• Talent attraction and development
• Employees engagement and communication
• Promoting great work environment initiatives
• Compensation and Recognition programs
• Leadership and Management improvement

2. Talent Acquisition and Management 

• Keeping updates of manpower situation related to present and future business needs
• Development of various resourcing channels for talent attraction and acquisition
• New hire orientation
• Talent review and succession planning
• Developing and implementing appropriate employees retention strategies

3. Performance Management and Rewards

• Management of Annual Performance Review and Annual Salary / Bonus Review exercise.
• Timely guidance provision to Divisional heads on Performance Management and Rewards.
• Provision of guidance, advice and training to lines on managing performance issues at all levels.
• Working location: Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi
• Working Time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
• Monthly Salary: 2,200 – 2,500USD

Requirements

• Age: 35 - 45. Gender: Any
• Education: At least from Bachelor Degree in HR Management or other related majors
• Experience: Have at least 3 years working experience as Head of HR / GA in Japanese company
• Language: English - Business Level & Japanese - more than Business  Level
• Strong at verbal and communication skill in both English and Vietnamese
• Be familiar with Vietnamese Labor Legislation
• Be able to travel to Ho Chi Minh once or twice every month

Preferable Skill / Experience

- Highly prefer those who have working experience in IT Industry
