Mô tả công việc

- Negotiate and promote co-operations with large brands to distribute their products on E-Commerce Platform.

- Establish contact and conduct sales meetings with key decision-makers to convince them to cooperate with OnPoint.

- Negotiate contract terms and structure deals with the aim of maximizing sales profits.

- Liaise with other departments to help potential Brands with various queries.

- Collaborate with media team to collect media metrics of each video across platforms, compile and finalize deliverables upon completion of the video production process, and leverage the collected data to present and promote services to clients.

- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education background requirements: Bachelor at relevant experience

2. Experience/Industry requirements:

- Young, dynamic, proactive

- KPI-driven attitude and eagerness to adapt to the dynamic sales environment of e-commerce

- Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills

- Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through

- University bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience).

- Proficient with Microsoft Office

- Experienced in sales/ or key account management

- At least 1-year of working experience in e-commerce, preferable in e-commerce (though not mandatory)

- Having good understanding of media and be able to analyze related metrics is an advantage.

3. Competency requirements:

- Accountability & Ownership: Plans and balances a range of tasks, assignments, projects and resources. Is able to cope with conflicting demands without undue disruption in order to get things done.
