Kinh nghiệm:
1. Import Coordination & Product Information Management:
• Coordinate with HQ and overseas suppliers (in English) to prepare product specifications, technical documents, and necessary files for pet food importation.
• Complete and maintain product registration/listing documents as required by the Marketing team and relevant departments.
• Work closely with Import and QC teams to finalize all documentation for customs clearance and quality inspection for each shipment.
• Monitor order progress and collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery in support of Marketing & Sales activities.
2. Consumer Marketing & Brand Team Support:
• Update and maintain product information, technical data, imagery, and marketing assets for the Brand Team.
• Handle administrative tasks for marketing operations, including PR/PO creation, contracts, quotations, and purchase requests.
• Assist in executing promotional programs, sampling activities, and activations (including sample preparation, quantity tracking, and delivery timelines).
• Manage inventory of marketing-related items (samples, gifts, POSM) and prepare reports as required.
3. Internal Coordination:
• Collaborate with Logistics, QC, Warehouse, Sales, and HQ to resolve product-related or import-related issues.
• Provide regular progress reports and perform other tasks assigned by the Brand Manager or Marketing Director.
4. Administrative & Financial Support:
• Manage contract filing, payment proposals, and payment tracking with Finance & Accounting and suppliers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the Brand Management team in preparing monthly payment plans and ensuring timely invoice collection.
• Coordinate the distribution of gifts and prizes to customers for marketing campaigns.
• Perform other administrative duties as requested by Marketing Management.
• College/University degree in Marketing, International Business, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 2 years experiences
• Strong English communication skills, especially in email and online meetings with HQ.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); strong data management skills are a plus.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, comfortable working with multiple departments.
• At least 2 years of working experience, especially import coordination, FMCG, pet care, or Marketing/Brand support is an advantage.
