The Strategic Project Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of distributors within the assigned area or channel, in alignment with the company's short-term and long-term objectives
Execution Excellence
· Independently lead key project milestones from planning through execution.
· Communicate company’s expectations clearly to distributor regarding goals, roles, and responsibilities in few areas.
· Propose strategic directions and support decision-making processes for the management team.
· Monitor lead pipelines and develop accurate, realistic annual budget plans, track performance against budget.
· Evaluate distributor performance using clear metrics and KPIs; oversee DTR resource allocation to ensure revenue targets are met within the assigned territory/channel.
· Implement sales strategies and mechanics; enforce company pricing and sales policies effectively through distributors.
· Ensure accuracy of rolling sales forecasts over a 3 to 6-month outlook.
· Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, distributor reports in a timely and efficient manner.
· Identify and manage risks and resolve issues during distribution project implementation.
· Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to monitor distribution trends.
· Optimize the distribution network to improve product availability and market access.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors in the assigned territory.
· Support and facilitate product launches and related initiatives as required.
· Collaborate internally effectively with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, etc. to ensure smooth executions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economic/ Trade/MKT
• Fluency in English.
• More than 5 years of experience in distributor management, hygiene industry or
FMCG sector (GT channel is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Details and results oriented aggressively.
• Demonstrated analytical, think both strategically & conceptually.
• Business and financial acumen.
• Domestic and international travel required.
