Mô tả công việc

I. Job Purpose:

  • Support, develop and maintain application systems for the company
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements and develop solutions that align with the organization's objectives

II. Job Accountabilities:

  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
  • Design, develop, and deploy customizations, features, and integrations within the CRM application
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the company’s applications
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM applications
  • Create and update documentation related to CRM application architecture, configuration and customization
  • Stay up to date with CRM software industry trends and best practices, such as applying AI technology to customer service, analyzing customer trends, ...
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate and propose software solutions based on requirements from departments, or initiatives to promote the digitalization process to reduce manual work and increase work efficiency
  • Other tasks are as assigned by Line Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

  • A minimum of a BA degree in a related field and relevant experience, as follows: Certifications: Advanced education and certifications are required to work as an Information Application field or related desired..
  • Capable of English speaking, writing and listening skills
  • 5+ years of practical experience dealing with IT applications with direct contact with application users operation experience and application administration.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining CRM applications
  • Familiarity with various database platforms such as MySQL, Postgres, Mongo, Oracle, …
  • Have knowledge about developing AI technology
  • Experienced in implementing applications with asynchronous data processing and microservice architecture using techniques of Kafka, Redis, Catching, etc.
  • Good programming skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript, C#, Ruby …
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge and rich experience in Retail, Ecommerce is a plus
  • Experience working on multitasking and prioritizing.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Know how to make decisions, explain and presentation
  • Hands­on experience with development of DB related tooling: deployment, monitoring…
