· Manages full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, learning & development, and employee engagement Develops and implements HR and Administration policies and processes for all staff, in accordance with Vietnam Labour Code.

· Review and recommend compensation and benefits program to attract and retain talent

· Partner with General Manager and department heads to execute business-specific HR strategies

· Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported & resolved

· Review organizational structures for effective deployment of resources

· Forecast future manpower deficits and surpluses and recommend strategic plans for maintaining optimal staffing level to cope with operation needs

· Update and advise management on employment and related legislation requirements and ensure the Compliance

· Review and develop a comprehensive remuneration package including bonus, medical coverage, retirement, benefits, and staff facilities to ensure that it is competitive enough to retain / attract existing staff / applicants

· Responsible for the planning of annual manpower budget

· Monitors departmental performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.

· Process and supervise the payroll in SAP or related software for Vietnam team.

· Create training programs that provide internal development opportunities for employees.

· Managing the recruitment, selection & onboarding process.

· Based on the company requirement all HR project & engagement activities to be executed in coordination with the Corporate HR team based in UAE

· Initiate annual Performance Appraisal for the Hira Group, training and guide the team members on effective performance rating.

· Streamline the HR process & policies

· Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
