Mô tả công việc

  • Oversee truck service quality (provincial & intercity), ensuring KPIs such as order completion, cancellation rate, and punctuality are met.
  • Monitor and enhance customer service experience.
  • Develop and maintain a strong local truck partner network.
  • Build and optimize local operational support systems to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to propose growth initiatives
  • Expand truck services into new cities and provinces.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service, operations, and provincial transportation markets.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in tech-driven companies: on-demand, eCommerce, logistics).
  • Proven experience in scaling operations into new markets
  • Customer service, negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving.
  • Creative and critical thinking, planning, and team management.
