Mô tả công việc

  • Receiving the truck booking from customers, commercial team, OPS team
  • Working with vendors to arrange the trucks
  • Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and billing departments to optimize operation efficiency
  • Work closely with internal operations to meet customer’s requirements
  • Resolve related issues arisen
  • Control buying rate and selling rate in the report
  • Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly
  • Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle all customer’s enquiries timely and effectively
  • Ensure compliance with customers Standard Operating Procedures
  • Reporting to higher level as regular basis
  • All other ad-hoc work instructions from Line Manager
  • Joining full training lessons which are organized or nominated by managers
  • Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Knowledge: have a knowledge in Logistics Field, Import & export,
  • Domestic transportation, Multi modal transportation (FCL, TLT, Consolidate Cargo, Distribution, truck types)
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in truck coordinator or logistics operation.
  • Have experience working with domestic transportation vendor (FCL, LTL)
  • Container truck coordinator is preferred
