Transportation Specialist

• Occupational Health & Safety and Environment responsibility:

             - Must comply with all company QEOHS policy, procedures, standards, rules,                       regulations and will be measured against criteria outlined in Dialogue

             - Ensure transportation coordinators & contractors are strictly compliance with                     company’s OH&S requirements

             - Monitor & review the transporter’s performance

             - Continuous improvement of delivery service

             - Assist the transport manager handling customers’ complaints

• Plan and co-ordinate with the transporters to ensure delivery performance, inter transfer of bag cement at all sites:

           - Work closely with sales team to receive delivery orders and understand monthly                 delivery demand

           - Co-ordinate with the transportation manager & INSEE’s transporters to execute delivery plan, internal transfers

           - Work with the transporters for barge requirements; ensure no shortage barge.

• Handling transporter’s invoice:

          - Assist the transport manager to verify transporters’ invoices

          - Follow up with vendor and related departments to ensure visibility of payments

• Assist Transport Manager with assigned project/ programs:

          - Complete the tasks assigned by the Transport Manager

          - Record and make monthly report on KPIs vendor

          - Ensure OH&S training program for barge crew
