The day-to-day activities:

Scheduling training for parts under the general objectives of the company
Control training cost
Develop training materials
Organizing training courses, training guides directly using the App and customer service standards for driver team.
Organization of evaluation / inspection service capability of the driver team after training and periodic
Collect pictures driver, update the system
Develop a manual driver
Search and organize professional training courses for drivers and departments
Develop a standard portrait of GC driver
Develop culturally GC through team activities, recognizing
Organizing mutual evaluation within the GC in order to improve service quality individual / department
Develop a system to certify and driver upgrades
Reporting periodically / irregularly and perform other tasks as requested by their superiors.

The must haves:

At least 01 year experience in related positions
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or College Degree
Good looking, good voice
Communication skills and handled the situation well. Confident presented to the crowd
The dynamic, vivacious
Experience in event organization is an advantage
