Manage and provide guidance all the work of tenant management duties to staff.
Build strong and supportive relationships with tenants and be responsible for managing a portfolio of tenants during their tenancy.
Dissemination of information to the tenants on all operational matters.
Monitor, measure to ensure tenants’ compliance to specified standards to ensure their operation within guidelines of their signed lease agreement, regulations and the Tenant Handbook obligations.
Manage, supervise and coordinate with tenants in handling complaints from shoppers in regards to tenants’ products and services.
Conduct, evaluate the shopper surveys in coordination with tenants, A&P team to improve customer satisfactions.
Coordination with finance team for the support on debt management.
Coordinate with A&P team in the optimization of retailer performance through effective marketing campaigns that deliver growth in footfall, sales revenue and loyalty member.
Manage, organize monthly meeting with store managers for operation matters, rules and regulations, marketing, …
Assist in other tasks assigned by Centre Manager.
