Mô tả công việc

  • Lead the development of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for interior design and architectural projects.
  • Ensure all technical deliverables align with design intent, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with design directors, architects, and project managers to translate design concepts into constructable solutions.
  • Review and coordinate shop drawings, materials, samples, and specifications from contractors and suppliers.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and drafters.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design quality, accuracy, and compliance with approved drawings.
  • Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with consultants (MEP, structural, lighting, etc.) to integrate all technical aspects into the project seamlessly.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges during design and construction stages, offering practical and innovative solutions.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven minimum 8 years of experience as an Interior Designer or similar role in the interior design industry.
  • Strong porƞolio showcasing design high-quality projects, experience in hospitality design, is a must.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
