Job requirement

The Role

  • Support various teams within Grab’s Online Team with a focus on scheduling a high volume of interviews and meetings in an organized and prompt manner
  • Advise potential hires on the selection process when required
  • Manage entire candidate experience including but not limited to; validating parking, conference room maintenance, greeting and escorting candidates, etc.
  • Liaise with the Recruiters and Hiring Managers to improve recruiting efficiency
  • Update and maintain process documentation
  • Support the People Operations team in areas including but not limited to onboarding, recruiting events, corporate calendar management, and other ad hoc projects
  • Support travel coordination and expense management
  • Schedule and coordinate all office and team events
  • Support functional head(s) with executive assistant duties including calendar management, visa administration, travel coordination, etc.
  • Manage venue/meeting room booking on behalf of functional head(s)
  • Support data collation & consolidation
  • Other admin tasks and projects for Online functional heads

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative working experience, preferably in the technology sector
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
  • Must be willing to reside in the lobby during working business hours
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, cross function & matrix environment
  • Ability to adapt and work in a challenging and dynamic environment
  • Ability to multi-task and execute with speed
  • Excellent MS Office skills and computer literacy
  • Strong team player
