Mô tả công việc

  • Conduct full cycle recruitment and selection processes for teacher of English positions. Recruitment process includes sourcing, screening and selection, interviewing, offer and on-boarding
  • Build, develop & maintain pools of teaching candidates through networking so that efforts are not limited to job sites, employment agencies, and internet sites
  • Manage and update recruitment content and communication messages on different platforms including website, external sourcing channels, Facebook fanpage, Linkedin, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with other HR Teachers Department staff and Campus Managers to ensure employment offers and other HR administration for teaching staff is completed
  • Support analysis and reporting on different HR metrics including but not limited to sourcing channels, recruitment pipelines, onboarding, turnover rate, etc.
  • Contribute to recruitment budget planning activities as required.
  • Work on other tasks and projects as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor degree qualification in fields relevant to Human Resources (Recruitment/TA)  
  • 2 -3 years of experience in Teacher recruitment, Teaching is a plus
  • Advanced English level, proficient MS Office skills 
  • Pro-active and independent
  • Customer service mindset 
  • Ability to work under high pressure and fast paced working environment 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork spirit
