POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Executive with a creative mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced digital environment. The main objective of this role is to source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates who are a good fit for the organization. You will also be responsible for managing user accounts on Citics' internal platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze and assess recruitment needs from departments/divisions and prepare corresponding job descriptions.

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies and utilize effective sourcing channels to attract potential candidates.

• Oversee the entire recruitment process: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letter issuance, onboarding, and employment contract signing.

• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews with relevant managers to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and support throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain and update candidate information and build a talent database on the company’s system.

• Participate in external talent sourcing activities, including events and seminars, to promote the company and attract talent.

• Stay updated with industry recruitment trends and propose process improvements.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.

• Report directly to the HR Manager.
