What You'll Do:
1. Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies
Craft and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract and deliver top-tier candidates for IT positions across the organization. Continuously research and explore fresh ideas to enhance our recruitment efforts.
2. Manage the Full Recruitment Cycle
Take charge of the entire recruitment process, from creating job requisitions and screening resumes to conducting interviews and managing job offers. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
3. Talent Sourcing
Establish and nurture a strong talent pool by leveraging databases, social media, and employee referrals to identify and attract high-quality IT candidates.
4. Coordinate with Hiring Managers
Collaborate with hiring managers across regions to facilitate the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions. Ensure alignment on candidate requirements and streamline the hiring process to meet organizational needs.
5. Recruitment Events Coordination
Plan and execute job seminars, career events, and office tours to attract and engage potential candidates.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration
Support and collaborate with key stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes, drive efficiency, and implement effective solutions.
7. Additional Duties
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the HR department and the organization.
