We are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a strategic part in driving recruitment initiatives, managing high-volume hiring, and building a strong talent pipeline that supports our company’s growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with business objectives. Oversee the entire hiring process—from workforce planning and budget allocation to sourcing and delivering measurable results.

• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the Talent Acquisition (TA) team. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and ensure the team meets individual and collective KPIs.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs, pain points, and deliver tailored solutions.

• Performance Management: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the TA function. Use data insights to continuously improve recruitment efficiency.
