Talent Acquisition Manager (Trưởng phòng Thu hút Nhân tài)

Overall Description: Responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing management of talent acquisition and engagement initiatives and projects across the organization

1. Recruitment & Selection:

• Manage end to end recruitment lifecycle processes. To be involved in manpower planning and recruitment budgeting for Betrimex.
• Build an active talent pipeline and candidate pool.
• Devise and execute cost effective/creative channels to brand the employer and source quality candidates.
• Collaborate with HRBP and Hiring Manager to ensure properly achieve and maintain staffing levels.
• Establish effective relationships with internal candidates and develop and execute programs and initiatives for internal candidates.
• Manage onboarding process and induction program for new joiners

2. Employer Branding:

• Undertake and implement Employer Brand and recruitment advertising initiatives from concept to completion in a timely
• Work closely with Marketing team to manage, maintain and continuously improve the career page in all possible internal/ external media channel.

3. OTHER TASKS ASSIGNED BY LINE MANAGER

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience at same position
• Experience in head hunting service is an advantage. 
• Experience managing talent management and employee engagement projects and programs.
• Strong organizational skills, follow through and demonstrated leadership.
• Team oriented and worked well in a collaborative environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with media/ marking tools is an advantage.
