Talent Acquisition Intern - Mass (Fulltime)

• Assist in posting job advertisements and screening candidate resumes for store staff positions;
• Contact candidates to schedule interviews and confirm information.
• Support the organization of interviews and record recruitment results.
• Assist in data entry and updating candidate information in the management system.
• Coordinate with the team to implement other recruitment activities (career fairs, internship programs, etc.).
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Final-year students or recent graduates in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields;
• Proactive, excellent communication, quick adapt to job;...
• Able to commit to a minimum of 3-6 months fulltime
• Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.);
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure.
