1. JOB PURPOSE:
The main objective of this position is to proactively identify, engage, and attract potential candidates, ensuring the selection of the most suitable talent according to each role’s requirements.
2. ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Recruitment
- Work and form good relationships with hiring managers to analyze job description to search suitable candidates
- Review JD of roles assigned, posting job advertisement on websites and other job board
- Build, maintain, and expand a qualified candidate pipeline through multiple sourcing channels
- Be responsible for whole recruitment cycle as as company recruitment guideline and policy.
Onboard and Engagement
- Ensure pre-onboarding for candidates as company standard
- Be the buddy with new hire to help new employee adapt with company quickly
Employer Branding (EB)
- Create banners, content, and targeted communication messages; manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Groups, Forums, Zalo, TikTok, etc. to reach and attract potential candidates
- Participate in both online and offline employer branding activities such as job fairs, career talks, talk shows, and internship programs.
Reporting
- Reporting HR data & matrix with timely manner
