Research and Requirement Gathering:
- Stay updated on emerging Generative AI technologies and relevant IT trends, following guidance from senior analysts/architects.
- Assist in identifying potential AI use cases to enhance banking operations, customer experience, and business processes.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business requirements, ensuring they are complete, clear, and aligned with objectives.
Business Analysis and Solution Support:
- Analyze current business processes to identify optimization opportunities using Generative AI.
- Assist in developing and refining use cases for AI applications.
- Prepare functional specifications and support translation into technical requirements.
System Analysis and Implementation Coordination:
- Support development teams by providing detailed functional and system requirements for AI features and enhancements.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth deployment in test, pilot, and production environments.
- Provide Level 3 functional support for complex AI-related incidents, escalating to senior team members when necessary.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Assist in the creation and execution of test plans for Generative AI features and integrated business processes.
- Validate solution performance against functional requirements and business expectations.
- Identify, document, and report issues; support root cause analysis and resolution
Documentation and Communication:
- Produce and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), process flows, user guides, and functional specifications.
- Communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding.
- Keep business rules, reports, dashboards, and operational documentation up to date.
