Key Responsibilities
A. Procurement & Sourcing Management (15%)
- Ensure timely procurement of quality raw materials and components.
- Monitor and follow up on supplier performance and relationships.
- Report issues and propose sourcing solutions to optimize costs.
B. Logistics Management (15%)
- Oversee daily transportation, distribution, and warehouse operations.
- Optimize logistics processes for timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers when needed.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure safe and on-time arrival.
- Operate and maintain logistics management software and tools.
- Support import/export activities, ensure customs compliance, and manage documentation; report risks and propose mitigation when necessary.
C. Cost Management (30%)
- Monitor and track daily supply chain costs.
- Propose cost-saving opportunities and support implementation.
- Analyze financial impact of SC activities and prepare regular cost reports.
- Share insights and recommendations with senior management.
D. Inventory & Quality Management (5%)
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconciliations.
- Follow established quality standards across supply chain processes.
- Report and coordinate solutions for quality issues in a timely manner.
E. Demand & Production Planning and Forecasting (5%)
- Work with Senior Manager to collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Marketing teams to collect forecasts.
- Adjust short-term supply plans accordingly.
- Coordinate with production teams on schedules and report delays or risks.
F. Compliance, Risk and Technology Management (10%)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Monitor supply chain risks and propose preventive/corrective measures.
- Maintain accurate documentation for internal review and audits.
- Operate and maintain supply chain management software and tools.
G. Team Leadership and Development (20%)
- Assist the SC team to achieve operational goals.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide on-the-job training.
- Conduct performance reviews and give feedback for improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
