Get to know the Role:

As a Solutions Developer, you will be driving your teams to out-serve Grab’s employees and customers. Therefore, your high-quality delivery is vital to Grab and our community. Every ‘Grabber’ is equally important and has the ability to directly impact Grab’s success. You will draw on your proven track record to lead, manage, motivate, and grow the team.

• You will be involved in discussion with stakeholders to understand their requirement for automation and workflow improvements.

• You will develop custom applications, automation scripts, data-mining and dashboards using combination of Grab’s internal products, open source, and off-the-shelf tools.

• You will help with preparing and converting data from multiple sources.

• You will work closely with business operation teams, understand areas of improvement and optimisation and help driving the teams towards accomplishing business targets.
  

• A Degree in computer science, software engineering or information technology.

• Basic knowledge about automation with selenium (Javascript/Python), Appium (advantaged), SQL Query, and basic knowledge about RESTful API.

• Working experience as Business Analyst or proficiency in VBA / Macros / browser plugins would be an added advantage.

• You are curious and could quickly research and become self-proficient with new software tools.

• You are a developer at heart who is passionate about putting technology in helping business operations and driving change to improve growth.
