The Social Media Content Specialist is responsible for producing engaging visual and written content across digital platforms to strengthen brand presence, drive community engagement, and support lead generation campaigns. This role is hands-on and creative, ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, social media trends, and the culinary world.
Content Creation:
- Develop visual and video content (photos, reels, product showcases, chef interviews, tutorials) for social media, website, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Product Content Specialist to adapt long-form content (brochures, case studies) into engaging snackable formats.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
Social Media Management:
- Manage daily operations of Ly Gia Vien’s social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Plan and schedule posts based on content calendar and campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build online culinary community relationships.
Campaign Execution:
- Work with the Communication team to support campaign launches (new product categories, culinary events, demo invitations).
- Create event coverage content (photos, videos, live updates) for trade shows, workshops, and chef collaborations.
- Assist in paid media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) by providing content assets.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track social media engagement metrics (reach, likes, shares, comments, followers).
- Report monthly on content engagement performance and propose improvements.
- Use insights to experiment with new content formats (AR filters, behind-the-scenes, chef Q&A).
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Field Marketing, and Communication teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
Proven 1-3 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
Prefers experience in F&B or lifestyle industry is a plus. Fluent in Vietnamese. English proficiency preferred.
Strong skills in copywriting, photography, and video editing (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar).
Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends in Vietnam (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram Reels).
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and commercial impact.
